I was suddenly stopped at the door and had my bag searched after making a purchase. The attendant at the door said he needed to see if the items in my bag matched what was on my receipt. I have NEVER had that happen to me in a store before (plus I went to the same Best Buy location only days before this incident and was not stopped at all). I was not acting suspicious and was simply walking out after making a valid purchase which was verified. I called the store and the "customer service manager" gave me nothing but "talking points" with no apology, basically saying it was store policy and that the employees "just do their jobs". He also said this procedure is supposed to be done to everyone that walks out of there (which sounds like BS to me) I told him that he wasn't listening and then just hung up on him. No matter how you slice it, this store evidently does not respect it's customers if it thinks they can search and humiliate people anytime they like. If this kind of stuff happens all the time, then it needs to stop. The airport and certain other high security places are one thing, but searching every customer that walks out of a store? Gimme a break. They already have cameras as well as security scanners at the door. Searching people for no reason is ridiculous. Beware of this place.

Took TWO hours to purchase a DVD. Firstly, they said they didn't have any stock so they processed an online order for delivery. The sales guy didn't know how to process it and took half an hour or so. After receiving no confirmation emails/text after an hour, I went to confirm the status of my order in-store. They couldn't find my order for a very long time, and when they finally 'found' my order, they printed out someone else's address and payment details (similar name to mine instead) thinking that was my details. Someone more skilled took over after an hour and immediately told me that the order was cancelled for some reason, and gave me a reserved copy for another customer. I paid for the DVD and left. But there's going to be another angry customer without their copy later.

I needed an HDMI-mini The required cable was not found. on the advice of the employee bought a connector and cable. The connector did not go up to the camera (little space). I had to buy in other places. They refused to take back, more than two weeks passed. Was here last time ..

As promised, picked up phone. They gave me a packet instead of activating it in store though. Expectations were set low and exceeded, 5 stars.
