Dropped in because new phone required a smaller SIM. Anthony trimmed the chip for me and made sure it worked before I left. He did a good job of working with multiple customers; even though my issue was not urgent he still made sure it was corrected quickly.

This is the worst store I've ever dealt with. Besides the young man being very rude it was horrible.  I recently bought an ear peiece from this location and it was used once I opened the box when i made it to my office.  I then called the store and the young lady stated that they don't but returned items on th floor but obviously this was not true. So she stated that I could bring it back well I did that evening once I got off work when I took it to the store and the young lady saw it she stated that yes it is damaged but i would rather for you to come back in the morning when my manager is in because you shouldn't have to pay the restocking fee. I agreed and said I would be back.  I didn't get to get by there the next day but I did go that Friday morning.  The young man was really rude saying it wasn't like that and why didn't I see it before it was purchased and that he was not giving me any money back but I could come back at 3 when the manager Orlando comes in. This was truly a horrible experience and I've actually dealt with other At@T stores and never had an issue.

Why do these people not answer their phone??????? Goes to voicemail EVERYTIME I try to call!!!!!

I absolutely love this at&t store. The employees are super friendly and go out of their way to answer my questions in detail.
