Rude employees who do not even bother to listen to what is actually wrong with your device plus long wait times is what you will get if you go to this location. They try to fix something that is not even the problem, then get rude to you when you try to explain what is actually going on with your device. Stay clear of this store!

Beyond Disappointed. If you enjoy being ripped off? This is the best place for you. I came from a different carrier and have friends that used at&t so I thought I would give it a shot. A salesman Named James at this location was completely arrogant and rude right off the back. I was there to buy a phone and not to make friends so I continued while he made d-bag comments during an hour process. I bought two new IPhones with no promos. Come to find out BOGO is a new promo that allows new carriers to get " Buy one, get one free " only for people from other carriers trying to switch. "Which oddly is a huge promo that he forgot to mention."All thanks to James I was scammed out of almost 300$ even after returning the phones. I went to the Hermitage location and was majorly helped. I now have two brand new IPhone 7+ and one of those was free. Hermitage location is the way to go.

The guy opened the door for me coming in. He then sat down with me and helped me out. The only minor annoyance was he tried to push sales on me a bit, but he was not aggressive about it.

Went there for a checkup on my new Galaxy. Got great service from Charlie and the staff there!

Poor customer service. Won't help you with basic billing issues or lines because they're trying to keep their numbers up. Avoid at all costs.
