There is no better store than the UPS Store at Nippers Corner, Nashville, Tn. I had a mailbox there for several years and travelled north for 3 to 6 month segments of time for work. Paul...the Manager...and his Team, provided phenomenal service in mailing me my correspondence anytime I requested it. If something that looked urgent...or I received a package...Paul, or someone from his Staff, would immediately notify me...whether in town or not. My transitions, whether travelling north or south, were seamless due to the fine service I experienced at this UPS Store. By far, this is the best, and kindest, service I have ever experienced for my business transactions and packages. I felt like I had a full administrative Team...just by having a mail box at the Store. A big thank you to Paul and his Staff for always going the extra mile. Happy New Year!

My father left his medication here in Nashville after visiting from Seattle. I was in a panic to get this to him in a hurry. I called Paul and told him the situation. He was very helpful in suggesting that I buy some dry ice and bring the medication for him to overnight. I purchased the dry ice and headed to the Nippers Corner store. When I got there Paul met me with a smile. He placed the dry ice in a box, but quickly found out it was over sized for overnight shipping. Paul quickly moved into action trying to find a solution for me. We googled how to break dry ice, we broke it safely, and boxed it right up meeting the size requirements. The package ended up being very expensive, but the need was very great, so I mailed it off. Paul did all he could to make sure that I was satisfied before I left. A day or so later I received a call from Paul indicating he did some background work with UPS and they were sending me a refund for over 75% of my packing expense. I was thrilled. Paul was super happy that I was satisfied! He didn't have to go out of his way to do any of the things that he did, but in his words "I am just trying to help you" and he did a great job! I would highly recommend this store for any of your packing or shipping needs. Paul is the BEST! Thanks again PAUL! I will only use this store for my needs! Tonya

This is the place to go to ship your things! I was moving from Nashville to NY and had several large items that needed shipping. The staff (Paul) was so helpful and packaged everything up nicely and securely for me. Fantastic service!

This store is little far from my work. But We always go there since 7-10 years. This new management are awesome. They are help me every time like bringing my heavy boxes from car, tape it and very reasonable shipping prices. There boxes are very heavy duty and very reasonable price also. Paul and his team are really very professional . They knows about there business. They also print my business needs supply like business card, letter pad, flyer etc. I always excited to go on this store. Keep up guys !!!

If I could give no stars I would. Shipped a box. It apparently was opened, contents put in another box. Next box arrived to recipient open!! Many items missing. Contents were wet and driver was scooping clothes up all the way to recipients door! They've lost boxes in the,past without compensation. They've gone bad...
