I recently opened a small business and needed some high quality signs and marketing materials printed. My goal is to partner with as many local providers as I can to support our small business community. Robb and his team at the UPS Belmont location went above and beyond what I expected in terms of knowledge of the market, graphic design that catches the eye, competitive pricing but most of all, the customer service I received was beyond my high expectations. Never did I hear Robb say "we can't help you with that". I recommend anyone who needs help with their Marketing print to consider giving this location a call.

These guys are great! They're always happy to see me when I come in because the store is run well, with good people who take care of each other. This is a fun location because it's also where the students pick up packages, so if you want online purchases shipped here they're already set up for it. I just moved here from out of state and I'll probably have a few physical addresses while I'm getting started these next several years. It's good to have a permanent mailing address that doesn't look like a PO box (so credit cards will accept it and Amazon will ship to it). There's a lot of PO boxes empty, so consider UPS if you need a box.

This is a UPS store which is different than dealing with UPS directly. As a business with a business account, I have to go online to run my label but then can go to this store to drop the package. Having an urgent need I dropped a package at this store for 2nd day delivery. Something happened at the UPS level and after getting frustrated with the UPS # direct, I went to the store to see how I could fix the UPS problem. Note that this was not a mistake at the store level but the manager was EXTREMELY patient with me (admittedly I was frustrated and uber-stressed) and made sure that she could connect me with the right people with UPS to help me with my issue. As a store owner myself I wish I could clone her customer service skills, she was outstanding. Having been in a rush I failed to get her name but I hope she reads this and has a fantastic day! :)

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Clayton is awesome. He is so great at his job and helps customers get to yes with a smile on his face. Always ask for Clayton!!
