Rude and incompetent. After waiting for about 10 minutes while two employees finished up a conversation with each other, they finally got around to helping me. I had called in a simple order to be printed. They had printed it wrong when I arrived. When he (I am assuming he's the manager) tried to reprint it, he said "I've been working on this for a while and don't know how to print Excel, maybe you should go somewhere else". 
I had told them to call me if there were any issues but apparently that was too much to ask. Complete waste of time. Avoid this place if you have even the most basic printing needs.

I recently had what I assumed was an irregular situation and I badly needed the UPS store's staff to help me. I'd essentially realized I had posted a package earlier that day that wasn't ready to send off to its destination. I couldn't believe I'd messed that up and was not only frustrated with myself but also very concerned I'd made an incorrectable mistake. When I called I honestly anticipated they'd assert there was nothing they could do, but not only was Don/Doug(?) understanding, he went above and beyond...did an irregular thing to meet my need. I appreciated it so much I'm not quite at the end of breathing a long sigh of relief. I go to UPS a fair bit already, and that experience affirmed I'm making at least one good decision, even if Don...or Doug (embarrassed I can't recall his name right now but I was pretty distressed at the time) helped me avoid a potential disaster in lieu of another one.
