I went in to pay my bill and out of every at&t store I have been this place is the worse. When it was my time to come up and pay my bill I pulled money out and right away the man said "Woe you need to stop being in a rush. Everyone you come in here you always seem like you're in a rush". I said so now your profiling me he said I didn't say that. I said you're making assumptions about my body language. Then he said if you wanna pay a bill go online. Some things I like to pay online and some things I don't and at&t is 1 of them because they like to over charge sometimes. I am very disappointed at the customer service there. The man wasn't even wearing a name tag. Instead of callin me sir in a customer respectful way every word out of his mouth was bud. First off I'm not his bud and I don't know him.

They were not very helpful,seemed very disorganized. Will drive to Savannah for better service.

If you go to this store don't speak with Gary he is clueless and will lie to get a commission of of you even though you're trusting him. The whole group needs better training for certain situations such as switching carriers mostly. Gary has cost us many trips over 30 minutes to his store and lied to my parents faces. Their is no respect for Gary at all. The others just need to be trained better. They seem to be good people.
