Worse experience yet. From any store. I had everything thing changed that day phones, internet, tv and it all got messed up and charged double. I took it back to store to get straight and the she wouldn't even show her face. So she has been waiting 2 months on what I do not know. I got done in 5 minutes on the phone with AT & T. They could not believe what the girl had done. So unfortunately if I need anything else from at & t I will not be going there. Oh and by the way I'm still waiting on a call that I will not be receiving from the girl. So sad.

Girl who "helped" me on 2 separate occasions was extremely unprofessional and texted right in front of me the whole time she assisted me. As soon as my phone was fixed she immediately just walked off without asking if I needed anything else.

Awful! Nothing I need in stock. Not enough employees to handle. the need. Clueless if you have your phone stolen. No computer service for my home.
