I would like to recognize salesman Tony McGowan and the rep Kaylee. I walked around the store a couple of times in an effort to find living room furniture. Tony was very friendly and helpful even though I could find what I wanted. I had a Montage credit so I decided to redeem it toward bed sheets and a pillow. Kaylee contacted a manager and was informed the credit could not be applied on weekends. She was persistent and contacted another manager and I was able to make my purchase. Tony waited patiently as Kaylee made calls. I am in the customer service field so I tend to expect great service. Tony and Kaylee were amazing and went over and beyond even though my purchase was small.

This store has great staff and a good selection; however, the promises they make about when furniture will arrive are worth nothing! My grandmother spent a lot of money at this store, and what they had in stock was delivered on time and is good furniture. However, two items were not in stock. We were told one would be available mid-December and one would be available late December. Fast forward to mid-December when we have heard nothing from the store. My grandmother finally calls them and checks on the furniture and is told the one piece (that was supposed to be ready then) would be ready in late December with the other piece. Again, late December arrives and we hear nothing about the furniture. So, she calls them, and now she’s told the furniture is delayed until late January. This is totally unacceptable- the late furniture and not being updated and having to call ourselves. The piece that was supposed to arrive mid-December was a lift chair for my grandfather who desperately needs it... and now we’ve waited this long just to be told it’s going to take longer! Things need to change. We love the furniture we’ve already gotten, and the salespeople (Jeff, mainly) were great, but the rest of the service is unreliable, unprofessional, and unsatisfactory. My grandmother just gave up and cancelled the two items. It’s a serious shame because now we have to find another lift chair at another store and wait for them to deliver it when he needed it a month ago.

I searched at least 10 different furniture stores for the perfect, reasonably priced sofa. Not only did I find it here, they had it delivered within 48 hours. No pressure from sales staff. I love my selection!

Had a great experience in store. I was helped by Joe, picked a gorgeous bedroom set. Everything was wonderful. I was told it would be about 2-3 weeks until he furniture would be in and they would call me then to set up delivery. Here it is a month later and I had to call them (because they haven't contacted me since they swiped my card) just to be told it would another month before my entire suite was in. Over two months to deliver a bedroom suite?! And every time I call the store I get a different delivery date, a different account of which of my items they already have in stock...just no consistency. After spending $4900 on furniture, I expected prompt service, but at the bare minimum at least decent customer service and to be kept in the loop. I will never shop here again and will probably be canceling this order.

Incredible selection and affordable prices on quality furniture. The staff is super helpful and no pressure. Great experience! Definitely the place to go.
