Just upgraded to the S8 and the gear S3 watch about 2-3 weeks ago. The screen protector already broke from sliding 3 in into a drawer. Walked in, stood there for about 15 min, finally the manager came to "help." Long story short is his solution for to replace a screen protector that was literally 2 ft from us was to wait in the queue (probably an hour) just to get a receipt printed from the sale so I can go home, get online, register it, upload the receipt, pay shopping and handling, and wait for a replacement to be mailed. Seriously? That's your best answer. If I'm going to wait at the bottom of the queue for a receipt that would take 2 min to reprint, could you at least solve the problem? And your the manager? Maybe if you can't take 2 min to reprint the receipt to get me on my merry way to do all the work for you, at least after I wait the hour in the queue could you refund the screen protector I just bought and charge me a new one to replace it so I'm not using a cracked one while I wait for a new one to be mailed? Every expericen I've had in this store has involved long wait times and inneficient managerial decisions. The sales reps are pretty decent. It's the managers that make the place suck.

I went in about 8:20 PM 10/23/2017 ...I needed help with having my phone unlocked so it could be taken to another carrier.I had submitted an online unlock request and paid off the device ( $500.00) the previous week so it could be a stress-free transition to another carrier.. well the manager himself helped us and he was short and didn't want to even really look at our plan.. He told me we had to erase the phone and do a restore on it..the proceeds to tell me I may have to plug it in to an apple computer and sync with iTunes... Well 45 min later we finish this and our new carrier is still unable to activate service with a sim card.... & all my data is erased and has to re-sync with the phone.... Come to find out today 10/24... had he actually looked at my plan.. he would have found that they didn't have the right IMEI matched up with the account since it was a warranty device... CALL CS at 1800 number they are way more helpful and respectful than the guys here at the store....

Can't really comment on quality of service, as I have never even had a chance to talk to a rep. Checked in and was told that I'll have to wait no more than 15 minutes. Left the store after 20 minutes. As I was leaving the store I was offered to make an appointment. Really? An appointment? At ATT store? I had no idea that visit to a cell phone store reacquires prior planning these days.
