Great books and prices. Unfortunately the staff at this location don't feel like treating customers with thoughtfulness and respect is of any importance whatsoever. Learning to smile and take care of people should be at the top of the list for any business that offers a service. Me and my wife were treated like we were bothering the two employees when we asked them to perform their job and LOOK UP A BOOK. It was like we rudely interrupted their conversation. I hope this gets noticed and changed for me and my wife to come back to this location. Update, as we were checking out.. or trying to... we were treated like we were once again a bother to the staff at this location. Customer service anyone?!?

This place was clean and quiet. It's a great place to wind down with a good book for a little while. I went to the Starbucks cafe they had inside also. Their chicken tortilla chip soup was delicious!

Could live in this place. LOVE books. The staff is very nice and I always get asked by someone if they can help me find something.

This is a great location and they have a good selection. If you are looking for something main stream it is usually in stock. Prices can be a little higher than amazon but I get it that day. If they do not have the book they will order if for you. People that work here are great and willing to help you find what you need.

Literally cannot get anyone on the phone. I've called three times and let it ring for several minutes until the system just hangs up on me. It's annoying because I'd rather not drive over to find out whether or not the book is in stock that I need.
