Waited an hour in store and wasn’t even acknowledged. This is a common trait among att stores and their customer service.

Awful customer service, actually I didn't stick around long enough to find out. Only one person working and if there is someone in front of you, be prepared to be there all day with no acknowledgment that you are even there. Don't bother! If you are just buying a phone, do it online! Save the store for those that need it, like getting a new SIM card.

Only one person working? Seriously? It just took him almost a full HOUR to help the man ahead of me. An hour. For one person. Next time I'll just drive the extra distance to make it to an AT&T store with competent employees.

Went here and was looking to get a new phone and it's pathetic that there was no one there when the hours said they should be open. Just in case you didn't know you are open until 9 not 8:30. If you aren't open until then, change it on your website! Verizon was still open and I was half tempted to just go there.
