My husband purchased 2 items here yesterday. Today, I went in with the receipt and the lady wouldn't let me return it because, I didn't have my husbands credit card. I explained it's the same account. (She even told me that she was the person who helped my husband yesterday) The return policy on the back says, NO such thing about having to have the same credit card to do a return. *** Buyer Beware*** There are going to be a ton of upset customers after Christmas. I have purchased PLENTY from this store but, NEVER AGAIN!

Extremely disappointed with Brookstone. Returned an item (Your store brand) received as a gift, a gift I asked for. The item was a little different and I really wanted another one. I took it back to Fashion Place and asked to switch the item for another one that was next to it on the shelf. Was told without a gift receipt you could not even exchange it. After a another disappointing encounter with the Manager I was told 3rd party retailers carried their items so they do not accept them back at their store SMH (your brand) I then took it back to "Bed, Bath and Beyond" a store that is the epitome of customer service. Not only did they return it, they found me another Brand in the one I wanted, as I am totally turned off by Brookstone now. Bed Bath and Beyond then offered me a coupon and had it shipped to my house. I went on to spend $250.00 in gifts for my family, Shame on you Brookstone you should stand by your brand and think a bit outside the box. It had never been opened, never used. Never coming back!

Brookstone always has such cool gadgets. Current favorite is the STAR WARS BB8 droid. Also feel free to take a load off and try one of their massage chairs. So relaxing.
