So, if you want to be talked to in a manner that is unbecoming of a human being, go here!
I have enjoyed my previous experiences with this site. Today, I walked in to find information about switching my phone to a 256 instead of the 64g that my lovely wife ordered. The gentlemen named Mathew was very pleasant and tried to help me out with the information I requested. Then he asked another employee for information who was not helping me. That employee said in a very loud voice across the store, "We don't even have that phone here so you would have to send it in." In a voice that would make any customer feel like an idiot. I did, so I left immediately without reacting verbally. So, I write this post. If you go in and talk only to 
Mathew...you're ok.

Oh my my my my my. I have had bad experience after bad experience at this place. From the staff actually yelling at my husband to demanding the SSN of my father (who is NOT an att member—talk about sketchy) the people who work her are just awful—including the manager. Go to the ATT store outside the university mall. Much better service with more qualified employees.

They went through my options and gave me a choice of what to do, and recommended a different phone in case this one didn't work out.

Excellent service.  Always ready to help and answer questions.  We won't go to any other store in Utah, Salt Lake, Davis, or Weber County.
