It started out well but has gone down hill ever since. They shorted me a SIM card from my new phone. Never returned 2 phone calls. Stopped in to the store to pick one up and they pretty much refused.....

I am on my mother's plan, and she has been with ATT since 1998. They see this when they view our plan. I recently upgraded my phone and our plan, plus added insurance to my nee phone.  The employee named "Dillon C" lied to me several times. He told me that the cost of our plan upgrade would be 25 dollars. I did not know that my mom had aquired a montly discount that would be removed with the plan upgrade. They did not tell me about this discount or the removal! The cost would not increase by 25 dollars! How unprofessional and NOT thorough. Also, the employee told me that if I put insurance on my phone, because the phone is the latest Samsung model, that I would not need to pay a deductible for the first 3 months because it is so new! WHAT A JOKE. When I went to the store to discuss my bill, they showed me the removal of the discount that I did not previously know about, which pissed me off. Then I asked about the insurance claim... they gave me a website to go to and told me that I would be paying a deductible. When I told them about the lies, they told me that "it is hard to tell because we dont have proof of the interaction." Very angry with this store. They dont seem to care about the fact that their employee Dillon has zero work ethic!
