Changed out to them from to mobile, took awhile Kathleen helped and did a great job, went back to get my kids line on our plan and they said that I could do a buyout from mobile so I submitted the bills, and they got denied twice. Went to store talked with 2 different people they looked at it and said I did what I should have, now called again and they told me it was denied. All employees need  to know everything before letting the customer know. Not happy that's for sure! So now out a phone that they took. Pissed off customer that's for sure. Wasted my time because they don't tell you all the details.

Meh. We waited a long time basically for the employees to tell us there was nothing they could do. When I upgraded my phone, it took two hours for them to activate it. They didnt offer us any discounts, promotions, or deals. She said they weren't allowed to do that, but the employee who helped us in the AT&T store in Forest Lake gave us a huge discount, some extras for free, and waived all of the fees associated with our account. I wish that one wasn't so far away so I could go there for everything I need for my phone.

It was awful three employees were helping one customer at the same time we were ignored. Was tempted to go to version almost immediately but couldn't.  Not a fun or enjoyable experience.

I must say Kelsey was great! She helped me with phone issues that I had been trying to fix earlier in the week. My 23 year old daughter went to try and fix the problem herself and GOT ZERO help from the other staff at the Baxter location. I was prepared to give a butt chewing today if I were to experience that same type of service. 

Kelsey you were a great help and keep up the good work!

I'm giving them one star because it's the only way to give a review since they don't have negative stars but it is something for goggle to consider?  Well onto the lies and or misleading statements the  cell phone company called AT&T made. After spending hours in their store over three days and spending what would amount to a considerable amount of money they reneged on the  deal. When we voiced our displeasure they told we could go back to Verizon down the block. This is now what appears to be the norm for customer service in this industry ! When we asked the manager for his bosses name and phone number we where told NO!! What a terrible way to run a consumer based industry!
