Staff is friendly and offer to help, but give you space if you don't need/want help. I was looking for a keyboard/mouse combo and a new printer. They had good selections of both. One thing I would change is the keyboard and mouse display. Security cables were too short to pull the keyboard out far enough to really try it comfortable and the thick price/info plaques make it difficult to place the keyboard level to try it. (Similar issues at most stores' keyboard displays)

First off, I'm not a shopper of Best Buy. I don't shop retail, I usually buy online. However, when visiting this location I was amazed at how easy the online order refund process was. I was in and out within five minutes. Every employee had the right attitude too. Gonna consider shopping this location in the future.

No wonder Best Buy is borderline bankrupt. They hire anyone who can breathe. Terrible customer service who simply say "there's nothing they can do". Ordered a fridge on 11/21. It delivered 12/12 damaged. was told someone would contact us to get a new delivery day. No one called and we had to contact best buy. After being hold for 40 minutes before speaking with someone. The lady on the phone did not know how to solve the problem so we had to go to best buy to get a new date. The new delivery day was 1/2. We get a confirmation call and the lady stated the WRONG address. We told her the correct address and she said she would fix it. SHE DIDNT. On 1/2 they delivered to the WRONG address. When we told them our correct address they said they couldn't deliver to us because the correct address was 15 minutes away. I am so surprised that their employee was the one who messed up but I am the one to suffer. They could not even prioritize our fridge delivery for their mistake and said getting the fridge next week WAS NOT DOABLE! Now our delivery day is 1/23. It'll be over 2 months since my order to finally get it. I would much rather pay 10x more than to ever deal with Best Buy's customer service again.

When I have questions, if they don't know the answers, they don't pretend to, they get me somebody who can help me, or they go ask so they can bring me back the best answer. Employees always have a great attitude and ringing out is a quick and painless process. Returning anything it's just as easy and just as painless. There are some days where it feels like you can't find anyone to help you in the store, but I would say those are few and far between.

DO NOT ORDER ANY MAJOR APPLIANCES FROM BESTBUY IN COON RAPIDS OR THE NW METRO UNLESS YOU WANT SCUM INVITED INTO YOUR HOUSE TO INSULT YOU AND NOT DO THE DELIVERY. This last pair actually insulted my house that is being cleaned by a fire crew after a fire!! And swore at me and my children and threw his cigarette butt in my yard. Which is poisonous to kids. Then went and posted sexual harassment comments about me on my Facebook and insulted my kid. The first team refused to deliver because I’m an assertive WOMAN who asked them to check with BESTBUY ABOUT THE LINE HOOK UP I PAID FOR!!!! Then left with my refrigerator despite being told multiple times to leave it and take the old one!! #bestbuydeliverysucks #boycottbestbuy These delivery people they hire are more likely to come back and rob you than do an honest days work in their life! Pretty bad when the manager of BestBuy knows about the problem and David Hawkings who can make the change to hire quality delivery people won’t. #fireBestbuyDavidHawkings! Spread the word so others don’t have to have these criminals come into their home!! They are refusing to send a competent delivery team to put my refrigerator in my house and remove the old one!! Well at least AllState can go after them and get paid for the delivery that is now being done by Rainow International an awesome company! I’ll be giving AllState all the evidence so David Hawkings pays for what he deserves! He should be fired for the criminals he hires and sent to my house! DO NOT BUY AT BESTBUY EVER! THEY DESERVE NO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!
