Not very helpful. Pushed new phone on me when all I wanted was a battery. Didn't seem knowledgeable about their own products.

I came here to try and move the contacts and other info from my old blackberry z10 to a newer Motorola phone. Since there appeared to be no easy way to achieve this at home I thought the att store might be able to help. While the transfer was not completely successful they did manage to get a significant amount of the info transfered. Thankfully much of the pictures and files I had stored on a microSD card so that part was easy. The software they use did have some difficulty mostly due to a failing USB port on my old phone.

Had no problems the two times I stopped in. The first time resulted in an error, but it was quickly fixed on my second visit. The staff was kind and easy to deal with.

Went to the store with a plan to switch over to AT&T from Verizon. Already had plans and phones picked out. Had a little under 30 minutes from close. Told the lady what we wanted. She was snotty and told to come back another day because that would take too long, and they are closing soon. Guess you get what you pay for. Rather have nice customer service and the best service, than save a few bucks and be treated unwanted while getting second rate service.

Been to a few wireless store in my day and this one stands out from the crowd. Everyone is always friendly Annandale eager to assist me with my wireless needs. Huge thanks to the team here this is my AT&T store from now on.
