They never have enough staff to help people in timely manner. A bit disappointed, but when you actually get someone's attention, they are helpful.

Helped(and I use that term loosely) by inexperienced staff whose only concern was making a sale, telling whatever story was necessary to get it. Compound this with a Manager (using the term loosely) who was rude and rather than stand by a product, was more concerned about her stock being depleted. Promises made and not kept-will never go back. Worst service ever!  Have never been treated so badly.

The 2 guys that help us switch were rock on! Funny helpful and made the hassle of the switch even a little pleasant. Not sure they are all like that but huge thanks to J n S.

Horrible walked in to store only one person working. Waited 30 minutes customer service person was busy the whole time telling his life story. So if your ever feeling down stop in. Not once did the person acknowledge my wife or me. Walked out! Next stop Verizon!!
