walked in, greeted right away by someone who puts you on a wait list while you are greeted by a customer rep who will assist you. (If you don’t have the time or patience to sit and wait then LEAVE ye ole grumpy head. don’t ruin the workers day) waited about 10 mins and Christopher M came out to help us get started on switching over plans and getting our new phones. Spent about 2 hours at the store but it was well worth it. Christopher was Very friendly, informative & answered any questions we had. Kept a smile from the beginning to the end. Best customer service thank you Christopher keep it up.

I have prepaid service and I'm never treated like a second class customer, the representatives are always friendly and eager to assist.

Upon arriving we were told we would wait for about twenty minutes. After nearly 40 I became vocally annoyed and we were finally helped. They then waived the small fee for my transaction, which helped. The young woman who helped me was incredibly kind and willing to help. She also apologized for the wait.

I have never regretted the decision more. It is rare that you find someone who knows the answer to your question. They always have to ask someone else and it is abundantly clear that the person they asked was guessing at the answer. Telephone customer service is far worse. I left AT&T and went somewhere else. Infinitely better service and much more affordable

Horrible place, employees don't know anything about their service when you ask basic questions. And I was told it was an hour wait so I took a seat and watched as 4 employees joked at another table for 30min while none of the other customers ahead of me were being helped by a single employee. Very poor service will not be going back to at&t.
