I go here to get my hair cut. Good selection of merchandise if you're shopping. Pretty decent prices. I know they used to have a good big/tall clothing section. Not sure if that is still there. They carried a lot of suites in large sizes. They have a surprisingly large selection of appliances.

Not happy with my range purchase and I haven't even gotten it yet... What a fiasco! Delivery, planning the whole thing, they didn't have the right equipment, people on the phone were rude, all of it, I was on the phone for over an hour, and now I have to take another day off work!!! Unbelievable...

I have always loved JC Penney but i called for info and the lady never called me back like she said she would and so i drove to the store and the lady who i spoke with on the phone was at a register (she had a voice and accent that could easily be identified). I went to the register and was asking some questions and she stops in the middle of the conversation to talk to her friend. All i can say is WOW. Another lady who was at customer service where they give refunds was super nice. So sorry JCP but one person was veryvery bad and the other was very good.

Brenda was absolutely awesome! She checked in the store and on line to find items I was looking for in the sizes and colors I wanted. She made me feel more like a friend than just another shopper. Because of her friendliness, I will be back!
