We needed to reconnect the blue tooth in the car to our IPhone and Mark came out and connected it and solved another problem with the phone. 
He do do polite and professional and knowledgeable. Best AT&T service we have had in years

Wait time is absolutely horrendous since they are the only location in Prescott and PV.  You need more service centers.  You can wait for hrs and if it's a customer service issues they tell you to call at&t where you get to speak to someone outside the U S. At&t sucks

Associate was playing a game on the phone when he was talking to my family. He made fun of my father in law. The absolute worst service I have ever had. Will be speaking to management asap.

Found Mark very affable. Not big on detailed explanations. My free iPhone is turning out to be full price. My DIRECT $67.99 for two years is turning out to be $85.00 after four months. This is not an AT&T store. They are privately owned vendor. Watch yourself before you buy. A post script, AT&T customer service is not appearing to be helpful.

The first two times I have been here in Prescott I have went to this store. I never had a problem tell the other day. I went in here to have them fix the people with the credit app like I had to have them do on the 2 phone I got from here. The agent was not willing to help and seen him to be very rude with other customers. This is NOT a  Company owned store but still show not have this problem here!! Very unhappy
