I had Gallexy Droid phones for 7 UNBEARABLE years.
Alex UNLOCKED THE KEYS to the prison Cell Droid had me imprisioned in by taking time to GUIDE this 73 year old smart a$$ into my new I phone 8. He never lost patience; allowed me to learn at my pace and CHANGED MY view of Verizon,cell phones and created JOY in my technology world. BEST VERIZON STORE WITHIN 100 miles!!!

All the staff was extremely helpful , and super friendly . We went in with a lot of requests as far as changing our account and upgrading some phones. They were super helpful and patient , especially with my dad that doesn't know much about how this works.  Would definitely recommend this location over some of the others that I have dealt with.

This store provides the highest quality of customer service I have ever received at a Verizon wireless establishment! Kevin went above and beyond to assist me with any concerns or needs I had. I never have to wait long and employees are always knowledgeable about products to best assist me, I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quick and efficient answers to any of their verizon related questions.

Excellent service from Jordan at the prescott Arizona store next to trader joe's. He was couteous, informative, and helpful. This was an extra plus in my day.  I walked away feeling heard and a better understanding of my options. Thanks to Jordan.
