Sears no longer informs you if there are or are not couple available for the item in which you wish to purchase.
As well they also will not tell you if you have points you have to ask.
I feel that is very poor customer service relations.
I did not purchase the item I went in for and it was a 600.00 purchase.

How does this place stay in business.  No sales people,  the,whole store is and always has,been completely  empty, everytime I walk thru there. Sad really

Terrible experience! First, you have to chase someone down in order to get any kind of help. Second, returning something is more and more difficult now. You only have 30 days now to return or exchange something, plus when you do, they don't know what they're doing if you had used points and cash together for the purchase. A simple transaction that should have taken just a few minutes ended up wasting my time for nearly 15 minutes!
