The employees are usually very friendly and helpful but today the fake blonde guy was just unfriendly and rude... normally we get all kinds of t shirts and junk but I refused to spend money because of his rude behavior.. hopefully he learns better customer service..

When I lived in San Diego, I always loved going to Hot Topic. This one in Prescott has been a good exchange. I miss the ocean, but here, I still get that feel of acceptance and endless possibilities of happiness. It sucks there's only one changing room, so it can take a while to try stuff on. The employees are helpful and friendly. I feel taken care of, and they check up on how things are going, but aren't annoying about it. Love coming here, especially with friends.

Manager tried to tell me I was on drugs and flirt with me... not cool. I was only 16. I was very offended. The associates are grst though..

Wasn't very busy, which is good because you can actually walk around the store without bumping into people. Also got an amazing sweater there.
