I highly recommend the City Place location for any of your phone repair needs! Ty was extremely helpful and very meticulous in repairing my SEVERELY damaged screen (iPhone 6 plus)! It took about 15 mins to complete. My phone is like new! Thanks so much Ty! =c)

If I could give more stars I would.  Dropped my phone and apple and att both told me it was toast and I had to buy a new one.  After a week of feeling sick that I lost all of my photos (never backed up) and a $900 bill, I thought why not visit here.  Ty at ifix City Place had it fixed within seconds.  I am beyond grateful and have a new best friend :)

Daniel and Ty both helped me over the phone with my dilemma concerning my cell phone and were very understanding, helpful, and compassionate. I really appreciate everything that they did for me today. :)

2nd screen replacement from them and my phone screen is so unresponsive, I want to cry. Whatever quality of screens they purchase to repair iPhones is garbage. Half the time, areas of my screen are completely unresponsive so I have to navigate around the problem just to click a single button..

I’ve never had this problem with a screen replacement before.
