Ryan Spear, are you sure this is the location you bought your case.  We absolutely accept accessory returns.  We have a very select view that are liquidated and once sold can be returned.  Also the manager would have definitely spoken to you about returning your case, which is why I asked was this the correct location.  Hope you see this.  Even now you could return the case if you are unhappy with it and it was not liquidated.

Great customer service, very helpful finding the right phone. Biggest problem is the associate told me I would be getting a free Samsung Gear VR with my purchase but after calling Samsung they claim it is only for other models. I'm going back today to see what AT&T can do.

Beware of this "authorized dealer". They do not explain any return policies so make sure you are getting what you want... I decided I wanted a different case within 2 hours of leaving the store and they refused to return my unopened case that had been purchased only 2 hours prior...horrible horrible horrible customer service....the manager even refused to speak with me!
