Rodney is the only person I trust at the store.  Been a paying customer of his 12+ years.  Other associates are hit and miss.  Just ask for him and you will become loyal.

I walked in the store to get the 7plus Rose Gold. When I got home I realized he had sold me the 6plus. I immediately called them back but they were closed. I called the very next morning spoke with an assistant manager informed her of my situation she said she would speak with the employee and give me a call back. She never gave me a call back and when I called back to see what was going on another manager Jared stated after researching this information the rep didn't make a mistake. How didn't he make a mistake if I left with a phone I didn't ask for. So they want me to pay a $50 restocking. (For their employee negligence) The manager didn't even take control of the situation he put his employee on the phone and we went back in forth for about 5 mins. End result stay away from this store Ernesto will sell you whatever he wants and the managers are not taking responsibility for their employees.

We have been with T-Mobile since November. So far so good. Great service ! Our Rep Lindsey on Parham Rd. has been a great help, she knows her stuff. At first we were having a hard time making a decision on which company to go with, after 14 years with another. She has made the switch very comfortable for us. Would do it again.

They didn't help me at all with my iphone. And i have t-mobile the least they could've done was check to see what it had but no they kept saying they couldn't do anything so i left and went to a verizon store and keep in mind i dont have verizon and they helped me with my iphone they solved my problem!

Awful service and an even worse manager.  He was complaining to the employees about something in the middle of the sales floor in front  of customers.
