Would not recommend the copy or print staff at all, I got to this staples at 725pm to print off TWO pieces of paper for work, never have I ever ran into such rude people in my life. I've never printed any thing at staples (I've always used office depot which I will forever use now) so I figured it would be the same. NOPE! The guy at the desk refused to help and said I needed to use one of the computers, Okay fine; after printing it out wrong 4 times the guy at the desk was busy talking to two other people and being on his phone. After 15 minutes of trying to get his attention he finally made is way over just to tell me that I have it pulled up on the computer wrong. Instead of helping or telling me what I needed to do to fix it that's all he said. Now by this time the store of CLOSED because it was after 8. They were gonna charge me 25 dollars for using the computer!! Oh hell no! So after being there for over an hour with no help at all finally got my two damn papers printed one of them not even the right way they still charged me 17 dollars. I will never use staples again office depot is so much easier and much nicer

Horrible customer service. I went to Staples to buy Microsoft Office for my computer. I told the lady that assisted me that I needed Word and Outlook. She walked me to the software and we discussed what I wanted and she directed me to the Student software. I installed it, only to find that it did not contain Outlook. Granted, I should have read the software description more closely, I had no idea that Microsoft left off some of their applications. I called Staples and was directed to the manager, Mary. Mary immediately had an attitude, was not friendly, and told me there was nothing they could do. When I threatened to call their corporate headquarters she told me, with an attitude again, that she would return it this one time as though I am someone that buys and returns software. Shop at best buy if you want good knowledgeable customer service.

Funny how faxing a paper can get someone's panties in a bunch. Disrespectful copy center employee would rather huff & puff and say "lord have mercy" because the fax machine wouldn't send the fax, especially because he had to get his overweight butt up to help ... but people want  $15/hr for minimum wage though.....

I just use the print shop and I can't recall the associates name but she is awesome and I will be sure to catch her name the next time I'm there... (updated)Another awesome experience from MARY. This time I emailed my info before arriving, just to see if it would actually be ready when I got there..  yep sure was! I feel like I have my own secretary. #awesome
