The ATT company is falling down in customer service and quality of their service. My new 1,200 phone is already causing me problems and I can't tell if it's because of my terrible service everywhere I go or the bad phone that they won't give me a replacement for.

Wait times lengthy at this store almost always. Customer service is poor. I’ve found that the only way to get anything resolved there is to stand firm and be tough on the managers. Doesn’t always work but if you don’t you’ll end up getting screwed.
