Service is great! Was in and out in less than a half hour. Employees helped me transfer all my contacts and pictures to my new phone and took the time to help save me money!

Purchased a new phone elsewhere, and found out I needed a Nano SIM instead of the Micro SIM from my old phone.  Went in on a Friday night, waited less than a minute to be helped.  The guy was very friendly and offered to just cut the card to size, saving me the hassle and minor cost associated w/ a new card.  In and out in five minutes!

Not a good experience at all. Went on memorial day holiday, to find details about my broken phone. The guy working there wasn't even interested in helping. He would ask us to fetch the claim related documents from the shelf. No eye to eye contact when talking. Came out with less information than expected.
