Customer Service? What is that? This Location has some girls who never care for their Customers. We went their to switch from AT&T to Sprint but felt like their staff doesn’t care. If this is just the beginning, imagine what the Future would be with Sprint. So we decided No Switch. Their Family is roaming in the store, and talking in Spanish and Making fun of Customers in Spanish. It’s a Family Business not a Sprint Store where the entire Family spends Quality Time. It would be No Surprise if the Sprint goes out of business due to their careless Store Employees.

The workers here are great. Anthony(manager), Nick and Sam. They helped me get every thing I needed with great customer service. Great prices.

Manager was rude! He didn't want to honor my warranty on a sprint charger. I explained to him that I'd already talk to sprint and they sent me here because its a corporate store. Therefore they have to honor my warranty!  He gave me the runaround until I threatened to call sprint. At that point he got me my replacement and threw on the counter at me and said "Take it and you won't be getting another one. Very unprofessional. Don't waste your time!

I am shocked at these other reviews. 
I came in with a serious problem and time was of the essence. In no more than 15 minutes (I checked) Rafael and Derrick had me in a new phone that was activated in store with the same phone number as my broken phone. Because of their service I was able to make it to Michigan and back in one day for my job-- with a working phone to route me.

This is for the VERNON HILLS Sprint. We started out at Sprint in Vernon Hills. They activated the iPhone but said the SIM card was bad and SENT US to the Lincolnshire location. We walked in the doors of LINCOLNSHIRE 3 minutes to closing. The gentleman looked up & greeted us. He was assisting another customer and asked how he could help us. We quickly told him about the SIM card error etc.. He asked for the phone ran a quick check, asked for the phone number, typed some stuff in the system, completed a test and the phone was working. The Sprint associate in Vernon Hills didn't register the SIM card.
Thank you so much for all of your help.
