I bought a snowflake watch only $10.99 a fun watch and it fell apart! I brought it back to Sears in Vernon Hills and the date was covered up by the Sears on side of receipt. I asked to exchange it but it was just over a month the lady said! We couldnt read it so she put it in register. The saleslady said no way can she exchange it, it is the policy! It must be over a month. It was only $5.99 now. Really Sears!! So I had to buy another one! Very poor customer service! You should take lessons from Walmart, Kohls, Bed bath & beyond, & Hobby Lobby! It's not are fault your going out of business!  Poor customer service I won't be back!

Shoe department actually had no one working on the evening 3/8/17. I had asked another employee if someone was working in the department and he said no. He couldn't answer my question nor could another gentleman. I left the store without purchasing anything. Very bad service all the way around.
