Sierra went above and beyond to help me with my cell phone and 2 key fobs.  She was extremely helpful and professional.  The store was neat and clean.  I was impressed with the wide variety of items they carry.  I would highly recommend this store.

Great place, very helpful staff, quick service and decent prices. Carry way more items than I ever thought they had.  Definitely worth stopping if you need anything battery or lighting related and even more.

I made an appointment on line for friday to drop my IPhone 7 Plus off for a screen repair. They let me know the phone will be done around 8:30.. come 8:30 my phone was not even touch cause the guy guy busy.. okay that’s fine i get it people get busy. So they let me know to come in next day.. so I do come in after work and then upon pick up it looks like the touch on my phone isn’t responding. So the guy fidgets with it and steps to the back asks me to play with it. so i restart my phone and now it’s stuck on the white screen with the apple. The. the guy explains to me that with the new software they were told there was going to be issues with this. Me thinking someone would mention that before I decided to get the repairs here. But no! No one explained this to me upon drop off. So at this point i’m frustrated with the lack of communication there was. Someone could have called me and let me know there was issues with the phone but Nope not one single phone call. I dropped this phone off with just a cracked screen issue and now this. If they can’t fix the newer IPhones they shouldn’t be advertising it on their website or in store. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WHAT SO EVER.

Excellent service. I brought my 91 year old grandfather in to find a new battery for his laptop. Not only did we get the battery he needed, but the clerk also explained good battery use and maintenance to my grandfather. I was very pleased how the clerk spoke directly to my grandfather and slowly enough for my grandfather to understand. Thank you for that.
