Stood in the doorway at the store for over 10 minutes there was one person working with a couple setting up a new phone. She never acknowledged me or said I'll be with you shortly or called to the back for someone else to try and help me. Terrible customer service, I left

A lot of the displays are badly damaged and can easily set off the alarm. They don't have a lot of options and never have anything in stock. But the employees are kind and down to earth.

Turned an old phone on for out daughter.  After getting the bill, several unnecessary services had been activated.  Getting them turned off and refunded has been irritating.
