I received the opposite of customer service during my visit.Came into the store with a small request to have a note added to my account, and had a rep go unnecessarily out of her way to attempt to make an unfortunate situation I had been dealing with for weeks, more complicated. I only gave an extra star because everyone else I have worked with has been polite and helpful. Today was the first time I considered taking my business to a different provider.

I was very very pleased with the level of service.  Heather Eddy was very very helpful and taught me a lot about my new phone.  I would recommend her to anyone.

After my truck was repaired , I could  not get my Hum and my cellphone to pair. We went to Verizon for help. Once again,a female employee came to our rescue . Sandy Patrick went to to truck and she repeated steps until it was successfully working. Where do you find such awesome and knowledgeable women? At Grovetown Verizon for sure!!!

Went to Verizon in Grovetown, GA to trade in phones for an upgrade. We we serviced by Greg Creeson. He was amazing! Spent time, explained, transferred our information. Personable and patient . Best customer service and treatment. Would highly recommend Greg and the Verizon store.
