absolutely pitiful customer service and acknowledgment of their patrons. quality of materials isn't terrible, however don't expect to get much assistance or customer care once you've signed your name on a contract. disgraceful experience, got scammed out of $4000 stuck with incorrect cabinets that i agreed to.

They carry many selections at affordable price. The service is great. The guy is very patient explaining different cabinet styles.

My father bought a lot of plumbing supplies recently, but because they were the wrong type, he had to go return it. They were kind about it and provided good service the entire time, when he bought and returned the items. Jian, Chao, and Nancy are excellent employees; they're kind and very helpful and provide good service.

Some of the worse customer service i have ever received. Me and my Wife came to buy kitchen cabinets totaling over 5k. We were sold wrong cabinets after giving correct measurements, then they wouldn't exchange the cabinets for the correct ones even though the employee made the mistake. We had to pay for the right ones and take a loss on the old cabinets over $800.. I wouldn't recommend this place.
