So, just leaving this store after waiting for about 20 minutes without being acknowledged by any of the help. I finally get waved over to the back and this little Vietnamese man begins to tell me he can't help me. I'm already unhappy because I've been on the phone for about two weeks with these dummies trying to get a phone replaced per the warrant i have been paying for. I begin to explain to this man that customer service told me to come drop off the phone I'm to return at this location. He says fine but we're not liable if anything happens to it. So I explain what I was told and he says, Listen!!and raises his hand. Because I am not the one, I quickly left. I hate this place, each person is trash.

Came in on second day of opening just to browse around. Workers fighting over to see who come and offer me their service. Pressure to buy and buy more is their main selling point. All I wanted was SIM card for traveling. Walk away empty handed not wanting to return any time soon.

The Broadway location is far more in to getting the results of the customer resolved in a timely manner and very professional as well good job!
