Derek the Area Manager is arrogant and rude. Once they make their sale - customer service goes out the window. My mom and I changed our plans from Verizon to AT&T! What a mistake! They could not be bothered to assist my mom with a problem concerning the phone she purchased two weeks ago! His response to me - it’s not our responsibility to explain the Apple policy ageement with the store!  Really - you had no problem accepting our money! Don’t make the switch! It’s worth paying more to be treated with respect and decency!!!!

Great store.   Every time I come here I am greeted at the door with a smile and am offered help.   Only rated 4 stars because there is normally a bit of a wait here
