The employees saw us standing at the counter for what seemed like forever, by the time I made it over to ask a manager for assistance, another employee asked us if 'we were having fun walking around'. The manager was very rude and it seemed like we were bothering him while he was on his phone. Their customer service is terrible and the store was a mess. Given the area, there are plenty of better, cheaper, and friendly places to go.

Danyelle helped me several times! While I was there, she helped multiple other customers. She is very knowledgeable,nice and upbeat. What a wonderful experience!

Attempted calling their phone number and getting "no one available to answer your call" for the past 4 hours. worthless.

They have a great selection of office supplies however, their customer service is poor at best and their employees seem disinterested in helping the customers. Sam's Club is a much better choice in this area.
