i had a very decent experience here. the employees were nice and accommodating. the turn around time was quick and the work was clean. i have quite a bit of experience with friends breaking screens and getting them replaced, so i wasn’t expecting a “perfect” job. the home button is a little loose and the screen is not as “bright” as it may have once been, but i can still use my thumbprint. i can see my screen clearly, and can use my phone just as well as before. that’s all i can really ask for these days.

I would only recommend this if you have a current phone you need repaired. They will screw you over. I needed an old iPhone repaired to get pics off of it for a custody hearing and since the phone was old I could not remember the password so it permanently disabled the phone. I sent an email asking if they had a refund policy and stated in the email that I became locked out of the phone and wasn’t able to access the pics so they said they would refund me down to the service fee and put the old screen back on. Then when I went in the store they said we must have misunderstood the email, we thought the phone wasn’t working. Even though I CLEARLY stated the issue in the email. So being a single mom, I had to just throw away money I don’t have to just flush down the toilet. They are crooks!!!!

Do not bother trying to save money here. You get what you pay for. It was evident after bringing my phone in to replace the cracked glass screen that they use poor quality replacement parts. The screen is not as bright or as smooth. It does not fit right. You can feel the sharp edge of the replacement piece around the reset button at the bottom. After asking them to put back on the broken glass, they said they would for $45. They refused to give a refund.

Received prompt service when we walked in the door! Thought we had a cracked screens on (2) of our Galaxy S6 android phones. Once they peeled back the screen protectors, discovered the only thing cracked were the protectors. They cleaned and applied new ones. Made our day! We are considering upgrading devices with Verizon and CPR provided a very fair quote to purchase our current phones. We highly recommend and will be going back to sell our phones.

The worst customer service ever they were unable to fix my iPhone 8 screen. First when I went it asking to to fix it they charged me $170.00 a day after the phone was updated and my screen stopped working altogether I brought it back and they said the reason for that was that the screen wasn’t the original and that if I wanted the original one it would be another $50 dollars on top of that . The guy at the register was rude basically told me that was my problem to deal with. NEVER WiLL I EVER COME BACK AGAIN!!!!!!!
