When we first arrived at the door, the time label on the door said it opened at 930 but it wasn’t til 10. Then we only one employer who works here. There’s no manager and he still haven’t arrived here still now. A lot of people are waiting but left after waiting for about 30mins. We are with one employee who is hard working and really concerning with other customers’s waiting.

Your service experience depends on who you come across at the store. Some of the members staff and the manager are not very helpful, they try to find excuses (like our system is down or this cannot be done at the store) to avoid doing any work. Though there a few other (Women) staff members that are helpful and will go out of their way to help you.

I have been having issues with my new iPhone 7 since I got it back in January. My emails in my inbox would totally disappear when I would open the inbox to read my emails or sometimes the emails would stay in the inbox for five days and there was no setting in the settings to note how many days I want emails to stay in there. I thought it was the windstream server so I called Windstream, made an appointment at the Apple store and also talked to an AT&T representative on the phone. No one at any of those options could help me and it just kept happening. So I stopped in the AT&T store at the Arboretum. I'm not sure who the young African-American gentleman was that helped me but he suggested turning off the cloud for email and that did the trick ..it was easy is that. I haven't missed an email since I was in there. This store is a great store to visit if you need anything. They're very professional very receptive to anything you need help with.

Traded-in a iPhone 5s for a new iPhone 7. One month after transaction (which took over 1 hour in store for associate to make happen...believe he was new), I received an email from AT&T that the old phone had not been received, and if it wasn't received in next ten days, I would be charged $200. Called AT&T, said they could do nothing and I had to go into store (this was after a 45 minute call of multiple transfers and waits). Was then told to go to store. Yes, must go to store to fix an error on their part. When did that, store associate told me issue was resolved and it was error on corporate. Today, received another email stating same thing. Another 45 minutes on phone, along with a call to Arboretum store, finally results in clearing this up? Oh no. I am told that since the charge is occurring on next billing cycle, I will have to wait for the charge to show up and then call in. "Not to worry Mr. Michael, your account has been notated and we will reverse the charge once it occurs". So....1 mistake by store employee equals 3 phone calls and a trip to store on my part to resolve. Total time out of my life in mistake correction mode? 2+ hours. Quality service. Way to go the extra mile. Moral of story? Make them prove to you they have noted in account trade in phone has been received. Make them give you a document stating received.

Called ahead to see if I could purchase, outright, an iPhone to replace an existing phone on my account for a Christmas present, and have it activated to same account after Christmas. Was told yes. Repeated question to verify, was told yes. Drove to store, was asked what I needed, explained same scenario, was put on wait list. Sat in store for over hour, was then told no, can't sell you a phone, in cash, upfront, since you're not an "authorized" user on this account - something I already mentioned by phone and in person several times. Will never do buy anything here again, and will be switching carriers when my contract is up. AT&T should really consider better training and customer service when a customer of several years is trying to buy a $700 telephone. Sad.
