I went to this store with no knowledge of the staff. I researched the company and I KNEW after to talking to Bob, I was confident that he knew Mac's, trouble-shooting and could answer any Mac related question I had. 

From start to finish his staff is 11 stars (on a 10). I went out of my way 40 minutes and was thankful and happy I did. Not only did they know how to provide the highest customer service–He and his staff have the human connection, that is sometimes hard to find in the market these days.

My Mac's are running like NEW machines, I see my productivity is increasing and I will refer EVERY Mac/Apple User to this Store... 
Thanks again Guys, I'm running optimal NOW!!

Great alternative to the Apple Store. I didn't have time to schedule an appointment and drop my laptop off for a week with Apple, so Experimac came to the rescue! Able to upgrade my RAM and harddrive within 24 hours.  Very transparent on pricing, honest with problems and gave quotes for future upgrades and repairs that could be done for my computer. Completely brought my computer back to life at a fair price and incredible turn around time. Would recommend to anyone!

Great store! They did everything they can to get me in the right mac. Had an issue with the laptop and they fixed it promptly and made sure that any issues were taken care of. This is where you need to get your Macbook if you are looking for one.

I took my MacBook Air to the Apple store and they said they would have to order a battery for me which would take a week to get it and then I would have to drop off my laptop for a few days while they install it.  I took it to the South Charlotte Experimac store and they had the battery in stock and my laptop was ready the same day.  Not only did they replace the battery but they cleaned up the machine.  It looked brand new.  Great job guys!!
