This store is beyond rude! I have been an existing customer of T Mobile for over 10 years and have used this store to upgrade my phone several times. Today I tried to call T Mobile's 1-800 number for a simple question regarding my plan. The number was not working so I called the store. The employee that picked up was interrupting me and cut me off to say I needed to call their 1-800 number. My question was something that could have easily been answered over the phone but yet he wanted to argue with me on how he couldn't help me. I will never go back there and they will never get more business from a loyal customer.

The worst T-Mobile store to purchase your phones at. My husband and I were promised a $200 rebate for each of our phones if we switched carriers. Not only that, Carlos, the retail associate, gave us an estimation plan that, compared to Verizon, we will be saving $20 per month. My husband and I agreed to switch to T-Mobile. It turned out that the initial promotion we were given was somehow switched to Carrier Freedom. Our bill per month was $175 as much as Verizon. After we didn't receive our other $200 rebate, we called the customer service line. Long story short, we felt like Carlos deceived us, and we merged our lines with my brother's. We conversed with the store manager, Johnathan, where he explained to us that we should of NEVER called the customer service line, because now it's more difficult for them to get that $200 rebate back for us and for us NOT to work against them when they're trying to work with us? He also mentioned that Carlos had been in the store trying to reach the Carrier Freedom department ever since his shift.. So am I suppose to feel bad for him? I mean they all work for T-Mobile, and I'd assume they'd solve all these problems a little faster than me, as a customer. Instead, I solved it myself when I called 20 times to both the customer service line and Carrier Freedom department on different occasions and spoke to various agents, who eventually gave me the correct department I should of been calling. After 2 months+, I'm finally in the process of receiving my other $200 rebate but it took sweat and PATIENCE. Let me just summarize the thesis of my story to both potential and current customers: You're better off solving your own problems with T-Mobile than let these guys that work at the store do the talk, but never get anything done.

So happy I came to this T-Mobile store. Taylor provided such amazing service! She was able to help me with all my needs. She is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what she is doing. I am so glad I had her as my rep! Definitely recommended her 🤗

This location, has the top quality standards in training , knowledge of the products and doing the right thing for the customer. I had a very bad experience with another store and this location took the time to listen, research the issue and credit my account. I have been a T-Mobile customer since 2001 and never had issue until this incident and I feel confident now that I can give them my business. The manager Jonathan was extremely helpful, professional and committed to resolve the issue. Thank you !!!

Personnel at that store was very rude to a customer for more than 13 years with T-Mobile. Used to go here when needed a phone upgrade. Will be taking our business elsewhere. Used to be run really well management changed and it became horrible!
