let me start by telling you that the manager in this place is the most honorable man working in retail, I have ever met! 
I came to this store with my daughter, looking for new phone, Evan worked with us, after he told us about all the promos we did a buy one get one with an ipad and apple watch. Joe was helping all the time, between us and other customers, I have NEVER went into a retail store and felt that welcomed (especially in a busy time!) and a young/fun/friendly spirit, we spent about 2 hours there, which it sounds a lot, we had to wait for a mandatory call to at&t, but Joe turned this experience to an awesome one instead of being bad! he offered us coffee, gave us a wireless charger for free and played music from the 60s which everyone was loving it!

Long story short, this location moved to a different spot in the outlet mall. It was easy to find the new location. I convinced my boyfriend ATT would be the best option since we were joining plans. The employee helping was a transfer from another store, so he was not new. He did not really know what he was doing and messed up the setup with needing to ask questions all along the way. Usually that is fine, but the thought of a half an hour process taking 3hrs sucked. They also had us walk to the old provider (there was a location across the street) to resolve an issue that was never there. The managers did not seem to want to fully help until the very end even though we clearly needed it. That all said, I would have been fine except they messed up the account. They put us on the wrong plan, my boyfriends phone could not use internet without wifi, and one item was not actually moved from accounts like it was supposed to. I tried calling this location, and it does not appear the phone is working. I am not very excited about this location. No one was rude, but they did not know what they were doing in my situation.

Very in and out. The guy was efficient and knowledgeable about their products covering phones to home wifi options. Didn't push purchases, listened to our wants, & gave us full details not just what we wanted to hear. Impressed by the fact the downsides were mentioned and not ignored. He did so well, we ended up buying a family member a phone and even tho we were on a tight time schedule, literally got the 2nd phone activated in 10 minutes.  Great service
