This is a great store. The customer service is great. There is one sales associate that I always go to when I enter the store and her name is Aja. Aja is very respectful, patient, and has vast product knowledge. She has assisted me in the purchase of multiple phones and products. The only con I have about this store is it's not visible from the road. If I didn't know the store was there from visiting it previously then I would have passed it.

My daughter and a friend visited this store and were helped by Adam. He is so scary that my daughter will never go there again without me present. She felt threatened and so uncomfortable that I would like to visit the store with her to have a conversation with this Adam. Why was she helped in an office and not in the store? Why was she pushed so hard to by all sorts if extra's that it made her extremely uncomfortable. We bought a phone the same day in Muskegon and were helped by a very nice person. Best advice for girls and women.... never have Adam help you. He is a total creep.

This is my go-to store for all of my phone related needs. Even when the staff is busy they always make sure that every guest has been greeted and that their time is important.

Brandon is great, very informative and helpful. He's the only person i go to when i have a question or problem and he is always doing everything he can to help. I've had verizon for 3 years now and he definitely gives the best customer service.
