Rodney is the best salesperson at the Carpenter Home Depot. He works in Windows but he knows about every area of the store. Additionally, he's very knowledgeable about several aspects of building. He always gives service with a smile. Twice I caught him heading for his break but he stopped to help me. Employees like Rodney are surely hard to find. Thanks Rodney for excellent service.

Do not go to this Home Depot if you want fair customer service. I have recently bought a new front and storm door from this Home Depot. First the front door they sent me was not the one that I ordered and I double checked the description of what I ordered, therefore, the door was too small for my frame. It was either an error on Home Depot's end or the manufacturing end but they refuse to give me a refund. Then the storm door, which is a glass door that goes on the outside of the front door, is supposed to have its handle at a height so that it is offset with the handle of the front door. When it came, it was at the same height of the front door so the handles hit each other. I asked for a refund because this was an error on their end or the manufacturers end but they only would give advice of telling me to remodel my front door frame By removing the brick I have, which is ludicrous. Why would I remodel my front door frame to accommodate their mistake in either sending the wrong door size from what I ordered or a mistake that the manufacturer made. They refuse to give me a refund still to this day so don't bother going to this Home Depot if you want a positive experience remodeling your home. If you need picture evidence of this experience feel free to contact me. The manager here is clueless and is of no help.

The gas smoker and grill I bought from them a while back broke but was still under factory warranty and had been less than a year. They told me I had to go through Brinkman. Tried like 20 times and gotten nowhere with them and Home Depot still wouldn't do anything for me. In fact tried to explain to them just now why I am spending 120 K from my insurance project house At Lowe's because you guys still wouldn't do anything for me from that grill and tell them why am not spending my 120 at Home Depot and the lady wouldn't even let me leave a message and just hung up on me when I was trying to tell them why I never go there. Really I guess I was calling to try to tell the manager if the customers right sometimes you should listen to them. They don't practice that here and they're very rude

I came in for some paint for a very small full bathroom. Nicole, not only greeted me and offered help, but was amazing with her knowledge. She asked my concerns and after getting home,proved her advice sound. Not only was I impressed with her knowledge, I had time to witnesses her accommodating other customers and co workers...AMAZING...it was almost as the 80's customer service was still alive! I travel for a living, hotel, restaurant, resorts, shopping...She made me proud she is in my community...
