Mike was knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful.  He spent all the time needed to convert from an old flip phone to a smart phone. He loves to solve problems. Great experience, Mike!

I enjoyed going  to this location.  The manager Travis was very helpful to us . We came in to get our service switched to the Unlimited Plus plan for being a new DIRECT TV Customer. He explained everything we needed to know and the break down of all plans. Even explained options of upgrading our phone services. I was very impressed with his overall  customer sevice and we appreciate the concern he showed in solving our problem.

The workers made replacing my broken phone as easy and pleasant as they could possibly have done. Very enjoyable experience overall. David and Travis were extremely professional and helpful.

Luigi is the most awesome salesman I have ever met at this store or any store for that matter! He has gone above and beyond his job responsibilities to help me in any way he can. I recently have experienced several issues with my phone and he even made a suggestion that no one at Customer Service even did. Unfortunately, it didn't solve every problem so AT&T sent me a new one.  I took it in to Luigi and he set everything up exactly like I had had it on the former phone (which wasn't part of his duty to do so). He has even offered to find and download a music downloader that will work well and continue to try to find the 200+ songs that are now missing. He is an exceptional salesman and should definitely be rewarded for his diligence in helping his customers!

Travis ( manager ) and his team were so quick to get me all fixed up. I had a bad case of broken phone, and everything went smoothly! Was able to get back into working condition in a jiffy! Huge fan of this location :)
