You can only see five stars, but my rating is 25 stars to TJ and Josh at this store for helping me out of a nightmare of a deal created by a non-corporate sprint store.  Thanks to the two of them I was finally able to get some justice from Sprint's Customer after 4 months of empty promises and neglect.  I've had a LOT of problems with my Sprint service in the last 2 years and THE ONLY reason I still have Sprint as my carrier is because of these 2 outstanding individuals.  When I worked in Sales, I always treated the relationship with my customers as the most important thing and I'm glad we have people like TJ and Josh who believe as I do.  LOTS of people will tell you they value your business, but precious few of them actually behave like it.  It's rare that you find people in sales willing to help you when there is no NOW money in it for them.  If the support side of Sprint gets it together, my next phone purchase will  MOST DEFINITELY be from this store.  Treat them with the respect and dignity they deserve as human beings and I KNOW your experience with them will be like mine. If Sprint gets the support side together and finds a way to clone these two,  Sprint will be bigger than Amazon. MANY THANKS INDEED!!

Coverage is pretty average. Phone deal is great. Everything was pretty good until I get a solicitation call from sprint, who is already my provider. Don't answer the first day but pick up the second day they call in case its a billing issue. Woman on the phone goes on to tell me that I can add a 3rd and 4th line to my account for free and just pay monthly for the phone. No harm in offering but I decline. She then presses and says isn't there anyone In my family that could use the phone and I said very firmly no, I am not interested in spending an extra $33 per phone a month for phones I don't need at all. She then goes on to say how having a backup phone can be helpful and how they are really an investment- which is where I stop her because it is getting rediculous. Told you guys never to call again for solicitation but just the fact that their script or sales protocol is that pushy is unacceptable to me.

The only Sprint store in town I can recommend with confidence. Scott Stein in particular went above and beyond to help with a new phone I purchased. It was faulty from the get go (ordered online) and after much distress via phone and being given the runaround from other local Sprint retailers I made my way to this location. Scott really came through. I can't stress enough how wonderful it was to have a real pro who will go the extra mile to make things right for a loyal customer. If you are a Sprint customer - this is the place for you!

Awesome experience. TJ was super friendly, helpful and resolved all of my account and service needs quickly. Both TJ and Tesha were fun, informative and efficient. I will drive past other locations to get this kind of customer service. Highly recommended. Ohio hearts you!

Poor customer service, sales people need to get retrain, I had  a appointment. Sale person told me that they couldn't attend to me right now, he told me to walk around the shopping center and  come back later? Didn't bother looking into my account, treated me and my wife like we were trash.  FYI , do not set up an appointment. They do not keep there  disappointments. I wish that I can give them negative five stars.... poor poor poor poor service. 8/16/2017.  7:45pm ..
