After being a customer to Sprint and a RadioShack manager of 20 years. I had to switch to T-Mobile the service is better the coverage is a billion times better and my rate is awesome. Thanks again T-Mobile.

My husband went into the store today after the store would not replace his phone over the weekend. First of all, why don't they have loaner phones to use while a customer has to wait for 2-3 business days for their "replacement" or what it should be called, "refurbished" and not brand new anymore while I still have to pay for it????? Anyway, the touch screen on the LG V20 stopped working and we have the "protection plan" we pay for monthly, only to find that its not the case... Since the screen wasn't working, one of the only two people actually working in the store, told my husband that they cant factory reset it, so the "replacement phone" that arrived today at the store they wouldn't give to him because no one knew how to factory reset a phone with a TOUCH SCREEN THAT DOESN'T WORK!!!!!!!!!!! The girl DIDN'T EVEN KNOW how to take out a SIM card! Are these employees not trained??? Does corporate know that they have employees working the floor that don't know how to do the simple things???? Kind of scary... So my husband, rightfully so, stormed out of the store pissed off because these people wasted his time...then he YouTube'd how to factory reset the phone and what do you know....within a minute it was reset!!!! WOW!!!! What a useful resource YouTube is!  YouTube has a better idea how to provide good customer service and how to do these "sales representatives" jobs! Maybe YouTube should provide employee training videos to corporate! Well let me tell you, we are closing out our account with TMobile and going to Verizon! I am over the horrible customer service constantly provided by not just this store but other in the past. Promt, through, service privided. Kevon  are service rep..  was courteous, efficient, and patient with our  service request. I would definitely  come back to this location.  thank you
